The report released today, \u201cUniting to Build a Vibrant Regional Economy in Northeast Ohio,\u201d details results for 2020 through mid-October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-right is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-d445cf74 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/teamneo.org\/about-us\/impact\/2020-fall-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download Report<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Report highlights include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strengthen a Better Coordinated Regional Network:<\/strong> Year-to-date, the region has had 44 project wins, 4,211 jobs created, $225.8M annual payroll and $2.5B in capital investment. There are also 146 projects in the pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advance Technology Adoption: <\/strong>Team NEO assisted GOJO with a solution to a product challenge, bringing production in-house versus overseas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address the Talent\/Demand Supply Gap:<\/strong> The Aligning Opportunities report is being utilized to inform conversation and influence solutions with organizations like College Now Greater Cleveland and Baldwin Wallace University Center for Innovation &amp; Growth. Team NEO anticipates our new equity report, Misaligned Opportunities, will have a similarly powerful effect. Plus, the Talent Development Council is making an impact in business development opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grow a Pipeline of Competitive Sites:<\/strong> Northeast Ohio is taking advantage of the new Ohio Site Inventory Program. We have three projects that have been awarded OSIP support, representing 1 million square feet of new and renovated space, with more projects in the works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promote Team NEO, the Region, and Network Performance: <\/strong>Team NEO launched the Navigating the Next Normal campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other activities: <\/strong>Team NEO distributed 4,500 PPE kits to small businesses and held its annual event NEO Rising.
