New Programming for Speculative Site Development <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

JobsOhio<\/a> and Team NEO would like to invite you to an information session introducing new programming coming online in 2020 for speculative site development. During this session our team will roll out the new competitive grant\/loan program that may be used for speculative site and\/or building development, outline JobsOhio\u2019s goals for filling gaps in the state\u2019s existing property inventory, and lay the road map for how to seek support for your project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With $50 million allocated per year over the next five years ($250 million total), the Ohio Sites Inventory Program (OSIP) will be made available on a competitive basis to communities, port authorities, and private developers as eligible applicants. While both greenfield and brownfield development will be considered, priority will be given to projects that will produce in-demand inventory that is not currently being created by the private market in sufficient volumes.
