The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during its Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company, serving the aerospace, defense and gas turbine sectors will add to its tool and die capacity to meet the increased demand for commercial and defense aviation engines. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur partners in Ohio have played an integral role in the success of Howmet Aerospace\u2019s Ohio-based manufacturing operations,\u201d Merrick Murphy, the president of engine products at Howmet Aerospace, stated. \u201cWe\u2019re very proud of these longstanding relationships that have enabled us to grow and prosper over the past several decades.
