In honor of Veterans Day, Team NEO is proud to announce support of veteran-owned businesses through the JobsOhio Small Business Grant. The program supports projects in eligible Ohio communities or businesses owned by underrepresented populations, including veteran-, minority-, and women-owned businesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One veteran-owned company that recently committed to grow through the JobsOhio Small Business Grant is Park Avenue Muffin, Inc. Located in Cleveland, the commercial baker is using the grant to invest in new equipment that will enable it to double its production capacity. The project includes hiring eight new positions and retaining three jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although these projects may not create a large number of jobs immediately, they play a critical role in building a vibrant economy that is talented, resilient, and innovative, offering equitable opportunities for all. By advancing these elements, the Northeast Ohio Region will be more competitive and increase individual prosperity for everyone in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
