Broer, President and CEO of Lumitex. \u201cAll three new members coming from key financial and IT industries will help build a vibrant regional economy in Northeast Ohio \u2013 one that is talented, equitable, innovative, resilient, competitive, and prosperous.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Kelly Lamirand<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly Lamirand serves as Market President for Key\u2019s Cleveland market, and as such is the senior representative and spokesperson leading the organization\u2019s economic and community development efforts for the market. She also oversees the Cleveland Commercial Banking team, a group of professionals dedicated to providing expertise and financial solutions to Commercial Banking clients whose revenues range from $25-$500 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this position, Kelly served as Regional Credit Executive, leading the Great Lakes Credit team in supporting the Middle Market bankers in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Michigan for KeyBank.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly began her career at KeyCorp in 1998 as a management associate in the credit training program. Throughout her career at Key she has gained lending experience in various roles including portfolio management and underwriting.&nbsp; Mrs. Lamirand was promoted to Credit Officer and Vice President in 2003. She was named the District Credit Officer in 2012 where she was responsible for the credit function supporting various lines of business in Key&#8217;s Corporate and Community Bank. She again expanded her geographic reach in 2015 as a Regional Credit Executive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Active in the community, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors at Magnificat High School. Additionally, she participates in Key\u2019s Executive Women\u2019s Network and has sat of the local board of the Risk Management Association, with one term as treasurer. She also serves as a mentor in KeyBank&#8217;s MentorMe Program, working to develop and coach young talent at the bank. In 2012, she was named a Woman of Professional Excellence by the YWCA. Most recently, Lamirand was named a \u201cWoman of Note\u201c&nbsp; by Crain\u2019s Cleveland Business, adding to her \u201cNotable in Finance\u201d and \u201cPeople to Watch in Finance\u201d appearances in the publication.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly received her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Miami University in 1998, with a minor in economics.&nbsp; She lives in Avon Lake, Ohio with her husband Dean and three sons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Michelle Moran<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Michelle Moran, Senior Vice President of Sales, Business Development,&nbsp; and Marketing, is an inventive, passionate and reliable leader in the IT industry. With more than 30 years of experience at the forefront of the technology\u2019s continued evolution, she leverages her skills to deliver success for Involta and its clients every day. As part of Involta\u2019s executive leadership team, Michelle ensures the company achieves revenue goals while protecting and growing its customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michelle believes in the power and importance of culture and has been instrumental in prioritizing growth and success throughout Involta\u2019s expansion into new markets. Her exceptional leadership enabled her team to position Involta for a successful acquisition by Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of Involta, Michelle is passionate about the intersection of the technology industry, economic development and education. She sits on the boards of several prestigious organizations, including Team NEO, the Greater Akron Chamber and the Workforce Development Board of Medina and Summit Counties. As a member of Leadership Akron, she works with local high schools to support IT education initiatives and jobs, and as an Advisor to the President of Stark State College, Michelle amplifies the impact of technology certifications on students\u2019 career paths and regional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michelle holds a BA in interpersonal public communications and marketing with a minor in computer science from Bowling Green State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Ron Paydo<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron serves as Market President for Huntington Bank\u2019s Akron\/Canton area, enabling Huntington\u2019s ability to drive the bank\u2019s vision to become the country\u2019s leading \u2018People-First, Digitally Powered\u201d bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, Ron worked as&nbsp;<a><\/a><a><\/a>the Dedicated Business Banking Group Director and Community President in Medina, Ohio. Ron has been with Huntington or previous banks since 1987, when he began his banking career as a Management Trainee with FirstMeritBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron was a Regional President for FirstMerit covering Medina, Richland, and Ashland counties, before becoming the Director of Small Business Banking until 2016. He became the Business Banking Area Manager for Canton, Akron, and the Mahoning Valley upon the FirstMerit merger with Huntington. During his tenure, he\u2019s held regional leadership roles since the merger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron is very active in the community and serves on several boards including the American Red Cross of Summit &amp; Medina; Boy Scouts of America Great Trail Council; Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce; Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce &#8211; President; Medina Economic Development Corporation &#8211; Board Development Committee; Medina Hospital\/Cleveland Clinic; Salvation Army Wadsworth Corp; United Way of Summit &amp; Medina &#8211; Executive Committee. He is also a founder of the Blue Coats and Downtown Wadsworth organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Active in mentoring youth, Ron and his wife Kathleen have fostered more than 160 children.
