Gianna Ligato joins Northeast Ohio regional economic development organization\u2019s board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The board of directors of Team NEO has appointed Gianna (\u201cGia\u201d) Ligato, Director, Gas Operations for Dominion Energy<\/a>, as its newest member. Ligato joins a group of Northeast Ohio business leaders focused on building a vibrant economy for the 18 counties of the Northeast Ohio Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ligato\u2019s educational roots are in Northeast Ohio: she received her bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from John Carroll University and her MBA from The University of Akron. She is engaged in economic development efforts throughout the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUtilities play a key role in competitive site preparation and a business\u2019 ultimate location decision,\u201d said Team NEO\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, Bill Koehler<\/a>. \u201cGia\u2019s expertise and initiative provide support for Team NEO\u2019s work in building a robust inventory of readily marketable sites as well as our business retention, expansion, and attraction work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Gianna Ligato<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Gianna (\u201cGia\u201d) Ligato is Director, Gas Operations at Dominion Energy. She\u2019s responsible for Key Accounts and Economic Development, Energy Efficiency, Commercial Office Support and New Customer Additions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ligato joined Dominion Energy in 2013 as a senior financial analyst. In 2015, she was promoted to financial consultant. She became the Manager-Financial & Business Services in 2018, where she oversaw the planning, forecasting and management of financial services for Dominion Energy Ohio and Dominion Energy West Virginia. She assumed her current role in December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Dominion Energy, she held financial planning and analysis roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Squire Patton Boggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
